How much does it cost?
Our 2021 venue site fee for a wedding starts at $3500.
The 2020 price for the venue site fee is $2500 for Saturday and $2000 for a Friday.
The venue site fee varies depending on the day(s) and the season that you prefer as well as the size of the space needed for non-wedding events.
We also have associated costs to have an event at Valley Falls Center which are not included in the site fee:
- Cleaning fee: $250 (required, non-refundable)
- Security deposit: $300 (refundable)
- Upgraded table rental: $12/per table

Your reservation at Valley Falls Center includes:
- Valley Falls Center ~3,000 sq feet of dining and entertainment space
- Sole use of the facility on the day of your reservation
- Chairs & Tables
- Reception restroom facilities
- Private, paved parking lot; handicap accessible
- Private, secluded 8 acre estate for ultimate privacy

We are 7 miles from I-79 Exit 132 in Fairmont, WV. Valley Falls Center is just past the entrance to the Valley Falls State Park and just over the Taylor County Line. We are far enough from Fairmont and Grafton to provide a private location for your event, but close enough to be easily accessible for you guests.
Can we see it beforehand?
Absolutely! However, Valley Falls Center is a privately-owned estate and tours are given by appointment only.

What are the event hours?
You have the flexibility to define the starting time for your event. Events end by 11pm with an hour for your guests to depart by midnight.
Can the venue be reserved for the entire weekend?
We offer weekend packages for the ultimate flexibility in decorating, celebrating, and cleanup. Weekend rentals are Friday (4pm-9pm), Saturday full day access (9am-12am), & early morning access Sunday (8am until 11am).
Do you have any required vendors?
We do not have required vendors. Vendors are your choice.
What are your catering policies?
You may choose your own caterer. Caterers must carry a minimum of $250,000 liability insurance and possess a County Health Certificate to cater the event at Valley Falls Center.
What kind of bar can there be?
Private parties can serve liquor at no charge to the guests (over 21 years of age). In the event that you plan to sell alcoholic beverages at your event, you must obtain a beer and wine sales license from the Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission.
Can we create our own decorations? Are there decor restrictions?
Yes! We invite you to personalize your event with your own decorations to make your day extra special. We do have restrictions that are in place to ensure the venue stays in pristine condition for every couple who wants to remember their day as perfection. Any decorations much be removed after your event. No stapling, taping, or nailing is permitted to the inside or outside of the facility. Smoke machines, rice throwing, confetti sized decorations, and fireworks/sparklers are prohibited inside and outside of the facility.
Is the venue handicap accessible?
We want to make sure all your guests can experience your special day; the entire venue is accessible. We also have designated handicap parking spots.
Do you have more than one event a day?
We focus on you and want you to have the most amazing day of your life, so there is only one event per a day.
Do you have a designated parking area?
We can accommodate up to 50 vehicles in our parking lot. We have additional parking available in the gravel parking lot.
Tell me more about Valley Falls Center as a business.
Valley Falls Center is a women-owned and run business. We have more than 10 years in the bridal and wedding industry. We opened this venue in Taylor Country, where we are originally from. We offer daily use of the venue to people in the community for weddings, parties, baby showers, etc. We opened the venue in 2020 and offer the venue below market cost, to cover the operational cost, as a way to personally invest in our community.
